Join us at the Spring Festival
The Annual Southern Maryland Spring Festival will take place at the St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds in Leonardtown, Maryland. This beloved community tradition supports Holy Face Church, Little Flower School, and a variety of local charities. As one of the region’s most popular multi‑day events, the Spring Festival continues to grow each year, thanks to the dedication of our Spring Festival Committee and the enthusiastic support of attendees from across Southern Maryland.
To our Vendors
Spaces are available for rent by artists, crafters, and commercial vendors at the Spring Festival on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to previous vendors of the Spring Festival. The 8’ x 10’ indoor spaces rent for $100 each. The outdoor 10′ x 10′ spaces rent for $200 each.
Large trailer spaces are limited and priced based on location.
Vendors will be able to set up their space on Friday, May 1st, from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
(Earlier set up requires Spring Festival Vendor Coordinator approval.)
The Spring Festival is gearing up for an exciting weekend! Join us on Friday, May 1st from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday, May 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Each vendor will receive two admission passes for every day of the festival, making it easy to enjoy the fun while showcasing your business.
The vendor building will close at 9:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and will be locked securely overnight. Our on‑site grounds security will be monitoring the fairgrounds throughout the night to keep everything safe and ready for the next day’s crowds.
To reserve a vendor space, please complete the Vendor Space Rental Application located in the Forms section below. The “Rules of the Event” are also available for your review. Completed contracts and payment should be mailed to the Spring Festival Committee at the address listed on the contract no later than March 31, 2026.
